Bubble Milk Tea Cheese Bundt/Layer Cake

Your favourite bubble tea turned cake! This dessert is inspired by the popular brown sugar cheese foam bubble tea. Tea cake sponges with tea-infused custard and salted cream cheese… not forgetting to some brown sugar boba pearls. What more can you ask?
 
Choose between a lava bundt or a layer cake.
Tea available: black tea, jasmine, earl grey
Best paired with black tea for that intensity!

Do opt for delivery timing or pick up maximum 30 min-1h before consuming as cake cannot be refrigerated due to pearls changing in texture. Pearls will be packed separately from cake. Do note that pearls harden after a long period in room temperature so please order based on time needed!
